Great infographic!
It seems really understandable for people who don't know much about computers, except for that step with Proxy, DLP, IPS/IDS: this seems a bit too advanced for the layman.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. That one was originally called "Proxy Server" but had to be changed according to the client's requirements. :) Besides, this is meant to be for people who already have some idea about Phishing.
