'fluid' and 'CORE' are the same font, both parts modified slightly for my purpose. I get your point; if there's a contrast between 'fluid' and 'CORE', why not make it completely as obvious as possible, right? I'll try out the 'CORE' modification. Thanks.

I had liked the way you made meaning out of the symbol before. But now it's not happening. Something's wrong. It's just not 'awesome' right now. Please don't settle for this one do more to it. It doesn't seem like you. It's static. If the logo were a person it would just be not creative, curious and interesting. It's a good design but doesn't suit you and the work you do. I hope you get what I mean.
I really like the design, especially the capitalization of 'core'/the overall text design. I think the impact might be heightened a little if the red were more saturated, but this is definitely a strong design :]
