Transload.it is "an on demand infrastructure service that specializes in scalable file uploading & processing."
The concept for the logo is taken from the act of transloading goods from one medium of transportation to another which generally requires some manual labor. This idea has been merged with speed and stability to create the symbol. It has later been modified to replace the crate with an AJAX 'loading spinner'.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI really like the use of typography and the simplicity of the logo, I'm not sure about the outline concept for the stick figure, The favicon for the site might benefit without the outline.
I have some problems with the execution of the "ajax loading" concept. At first glance, it seemed like a throwing motion for the arm. I think an emphasis on the progressive scaling of the dots (the bigger being closer to the head) might clarify the concept; putting most of the "weight" of load on the back of the figure and looking more like the "loading" progression.
Great choice of color, looks great on the website.
